The paper's genuine contributions are fourfold: a named eight-cell taxonomy that makes the Hollow Win displayable; the Conflictoring capture-robustness theorem; the Decision Accounting report-mechanism with detection-liability incentives; and a falsifiable excluded-coordinate return signature with sign and rank-order corollaries.
