AFM oversees environmental, social, and governance disclosure by listed companies and financial products. Huis voor Klokkenluiders — the Dutch House for Whistleblowers, an independent government body that provides advice and support to whistleblowers and can investigate reports of wrongdoing in the public and private sectors. Established by the Wet Huis voor Klokkenluiders (2016), strengthened by EU Whistleblower Directive transposition.

Milieudefensie v.
